PIONEER

Ashley’s passion for theological history has formed her mission as a pioneer in the next age of the church. Given to investigating how the Christian church diverged from its mystical origins, Ashley combs the fields of theology, philosophy, history, and mysticism to answer vital questions to determine a spiritual future full of hope instead of one of despair. As a pioneer she is committed to progress that brings the best from the past and forges something creative for the future. Not only does she understand the vastness of mysticism, but she is earnest in understanding the ancient and developing new ways to connect with God and one another that are both practical and purposeful. Ashley is not about creating a new program or church; she is about awakening the Body of Christ to the reality of sonship identity that transcends any particular place of worship while deeply engaging in the oneness with God and others that early mystics believed was essential.

Leadership

I have had the pleasure of knowing Ashley for several years. She is one of the most kindhearted, giving and compassionate people I have ever known. I have had the pleasure of working along side her personally as well and I can personally vouch for her honesty, diligence, work ethic, and selfless character. I found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling any workload in front of her with dedication and a smile. Besides being a joy to be around, Ashley is a take charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. I have always admired her commitment to lifelong learning and amazed as she has spearheaded so many other people’s visions into fruition. She has impressed me with her charisma, creativity, and ability to think outside the box. In my opinion, she naturally possesses excellent leadership management skills. She has the disposition and attitude which will positively serve any leadership position the Lord sees fit for her.

Commitment

Ashley Loveland and I met shortly after I moved to South Jersey in 2013. Though she did not work with our ministry, our conversations were always productive for the purposes of ministry planning and strategy. What I have observed about Ashley is that she actively engages in ministry at all levels of an organization, from the gentle care of children and their parents to organizational leadership, mission, strategy, and vision. In addition to her professional and friendly approach, Ashley always probes deeply with thoughtful questions about the impact and outcomes of ministries. Through several informal meetings with Ashley, I found that she quickly grasped our ministry programs and then helped me broaden my perspective regarding our student clientele. I have observed Ashley’s consistent service and passion for ministry. She is hard-working, thoughtful, and thoroughly professional. I highly recommend Ashley for her sensitivity, diligence, and energy. Please contact me if you have questions.

Sincerely,

Inspiring One Another

Ashley- a woman of great faith and faithfulness, depth and compassion, and grace and intelligence. Her heart is always to minister; to show love and encouragement to everyone she comes in contact with. Her prophetic insight and commitment to God is truly a rare gift and has personally challenged and inspired me to love others, and God, more deeply. Ashley is full of wisdom and humility- every time I am with her, I feel like I learn something new and leave feeling reflective. Her knowledge of scripture and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit produces helpful and applicable advice for whatever I am going through at the time. She is someone that makes you feel heard and known, but also challenges you to move beyond where you are at spiritually. Ashley is also funny, adventurous, and kind-hearted - someone I trust fully and will always adore.
